Finance Manager

Robert Half are partnering with a long-standing client based in North Bristol to recruit an SME Finance Manager on a 12-month FTC.

Start Date: ASAP

Job Title: Finance Manager

Salary: £45K - £50K

Location: North Bristol

Duration: 12 Month FTC

Hours: 36.25 hours per week

Hybrid: Three days in and two days WFH

Job Duties:

• Preparation of Management Accounts
• Identify and resolve reconciliation issues.
• Provide Support to the Transactional team
• Calculate and post manual provisions such as accruals and prepayments.
• Manage VAT return preparation and related reconciliations.
• Support cashflow forecasting through accurate tracking of payments, income, costs, and project-level cash metrics.
• Assist with budget/forecast preparation, including reconciliation checks for completeness and accuracy

About You:

• Professional qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) are welcome but not essential experience is key
• Previous experience in a similar role and ideally within an SME environment
