As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), you will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical colleagues, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices. The role involves comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and clinical decision-making using a holistic and evidence-based approach.
