Job summary
<p><br></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Bank Healthcare Assistant (HCAs)</strong> to <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">support our Urgent Treatment services in West Lancashire</span>.</p><p>The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out and documenting <strong>NEWS2 observations</strong>, monitoring patient conditions, escalating concerns appropriately, and providing high-quality patient care within a fast-paced clinical environment.</p><h4><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h4><ul><li>Undertake and record NEWS2 observations accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Monitor patients and escalate any deterioration to the clinical team.</li><li><span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">Support</span> clinicians with patient assessments and care delivery.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.</li><li>Deliver <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">compassionate, patient-centred care while adhering to infection prevention and clinical governance standards</span>.</li></ul><h4><strong>Essential Requirements:</strong></h4><ul><li>Previous HCA experience within an urgent care, acute, community, or primary care setting.</li><li><span class="single_desc
