Management Accountant

As a Management Accountant in the Not for Profit sector, you'll play a key role in the Month End accounting process.

Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a Not for Profit organisation for 12 months initially.

The role will include;

• Balance sheet reconcilliations
• Month End Management Accounting
• Support the Finance Manager in the production of Annual reports
• Ad hoc process improvement projects
• Oversee sales ledger and Payroll

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA or Qualidfied by experience
• Experience in preparing management accounts and financial reports.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Offer

• Salary between £45,000 and £48,000.
• 26 days annual leave + bank holidays
• Hybrid working model for flexibility and convenience. 1 day a week in the office
• Fixed-term contract for initially 12m with potential for extension
