Key responsibilities include leading a team of nurses and carers to support staff, enhancing residents' quality of life, managing rotas, and supporting medication systems. We're looking for someone who embodies our values of care, support, honesty, respect, and accountability. Candidates must have a valid NMC PIN, NVQ 3 or equivalent in care homes, two years of care home experience, and effective communication skills.
