The Supply Register is working in partnership with The Rise Partnership Trust as their Managed Service Provider (MSP), recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils across their schools.
These are rewarding opportunities for passionate TAs who want to make a positive difference to children and young people, supporting their learning, development and wellbeing while helping create an inclusive and engaging school environment.
We’re looking for Teaching Assistants who:
- Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or supporting children in an educational setting – essential
- Have experience working within a UK primary or secondary school environment
- Have experience supporting pupils with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD or SEMH
- Are patient, proactive and committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils
- Support pupils with additional needs and help remove barriers to learning
- Work alongside teachers to support learning and deliver tailored activities
- Promote positive behaviour, engagement and independence
- Help create a safe, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
The Supply Register is a Managed Service Provider (MSP), working directly with our partner schools and trusts to manage their supply staffing requirements. This gives you a direct route into schools and access to opportunities through established school partnerships.
