A permanent position has arisen for a motivated individual to join our innovative and proactive Community Hospital Team to provide skilled, clinical and effective care. Menlli Ward has beds supported by a multi-disciplinary team. The successful individual should be able to demonstrate reliability, and commitment to providing a high standard of patient care.
We are looking for an experienced or newly qualified motivated and enthusiastic registered nurse to join our team to help provide skilled, clinically effective care using best practice. This post in an exciting opportunity for a trained nurse to develop and build skills within a continually developing learning environment
Main duties of the job
The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
Assist in the management and organisation of their clinical area and participating in the education, development and supervision of other staff members.
