Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medicines safely and accurately
- Review prescriptions and provide clinical support
- Counsel patients and advise healthcare professionals
- Collaborate within the multidisciplinary team
- Support service improvement and compliance
- Maintain professional development and training
- Promote patient safety and infection prevention
What you'll bring:
- Degree in Pharmacy
- GPhC registration
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexible approach
- Hospital pharmacy experience (desirable)
