Main duties of the job

Join our team as a Care Assistant and help residents live with comfort, dignity, and joy. No experience is needed, as full training will be provided. Your kindness can truly make a difference, from daily support to meaningful moments. Positions are available for both 36 hours day contracts and 24 hours night contracts. Benefits include outstanding career development with funded training, a Refer-a-Friend bonus up to £1,000, and a salary of up to £12.76 per hour. You will be expected to provide personal care, administer and record medication, assist with daily living activities, support activities and social engagement, and deliver person-centred care as part of a team. Applicants need to be kind, compassionate, and great with people, and must have a minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK.
