INTERNAL ONLY TO NORTH CUMBRIA INTEGRATED CARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST (NCIC) EMPLOYEES ONLY

North Cumbria Home Oxygen Service is looking for a highly motivated and organised administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral part in the running of the home oxygen service across North Cumbria.

The administrator role is fundamental to supporting our clinical team. The role is suited to someone who can offer impeccable written and verbal communication skills. Who is dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate about contributing to our highly patient focused oxygen service.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be responsible for providing effective and efficient clerical and administrative support to the North Cumbria Oxygen service (NCHOS). The role will involve the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will require a high degree of organisational skills and excellent working knowledge of NCIC trust administrative systems.

The post holder will often be the first point of contact and a focal point for the service requiring clear communication and liaison skills.

The operational hours for the service are Monday- Friday 08:30-16:30. The service does not operate over weekends or bank holidays.
