Main duties of the job
This role at Agincare UK is open to female applicants only due to a Genuine Occupational Requirement related to providing personal care to women, ensuring the preservation of dignity and privacy. The position of a Home Care Assistant offers an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and requires no prior experience. The role involves assisting clients with daily routines and personal care while providing a friendly presence that fosters a sense of connection. Successful candidates will receive free, fully funded training and career development opportunities. The position offers flexible contracts, a salary of up to £14.50 per hour, mileage reimbursement, and various benefits, including a pension scheme and on-demand pay. A valid UK driving license and a minimum 12 months right to work in the UK are necessary for this role.
