Main duties of the job
Join us as a Home Care Assistant in Totton/Southampton and make a real difference while building a rewarding career in care. Whether its sharing a cup of tea and a good chat, helping with daily routines and personal care, or being that friendly face that brightens a clients morning, youre giving more than care youre giving connection. We offer outstanding career development with fully funded professional training and qualifications (up to QCF level 5), flexible contracts to work around you, and a refer a friend scheme that lets you earn up to £1000. The role involves supporting people with daily routines, shopping, meal preparation, and providing companionship. We are looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others. A full UK driving licence is required, and you must have a minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
