About the Role: As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the childrens home supporting children and young people with LD disabilities and other additional complex needs. As an experienced manager you can confidently lead a dedicated team, fostering a safe, positive, and inclusive atmosphere for all to thrive. - Experience of supporting children and young people with LD disabilities that can sometimes display complex behaviours.
- Leading Ofsted home inspections
- Experience opening new services is advantageous
