Are you looking for a hands on role with immediate starts available? We are currently recruiting a Production Operative to join a busy and friendly manufacturing team in Burton Latimer.

The hours for this job are 2 day shifts working 6am until 6pm followed by 2 late shifts working 6pm until 6am followed by 4 days out of the business.

• Operating simple production machinery
• Assembling, packing, and checking products
• Carrying out basic quality checks
• Keeping your work area clean and tidy
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous factory or warehouse experience is helpful but not essential
