CLEAN ROOM PACKER / PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

Midhurst, West Sussex

£13.15 per hour

Monday to Thursday: 8.15am – 5.00pm

Friday: 8.15am – 12.45pm

37 hours per week

Are you looking for a long-term production, packing or warehouse role?

We are recruiting for a Clean Room Packer / Production Operative to join an established manufacturing business in Midhurst.

You don't need previous clean room experience as full training will be provided.

The role will suit someone who is reliable, practical and enjoys working carefully and accurately. You will be working in a controlled environment, packing and checking products to very high quality standards.

THE ROLE:

• Picking and packing components and products

• Checking products carefully before they are packed

• Following clear work instructions and procedures

• Ensuring products are packed correctly and accurately

• Completing basic production paperwork

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness

• Working as part of a small production team

• Wearing protective clothing and PPE, including a face mask

• Working in a clean room environment

• Carrying out repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of concentration

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous experience in packing, production, warehouse, assembly or manufacturing would be useful

• Excellent attention to detail

• Good hand-to-eye coordination

• Able to follow instructions and procedures

• Comfortable carrying out repetitive work

• Reliable and punctual

• Good team player

• Good basic English and numeracy

• Comfortable wearing PPE for extended periods

• Looking for a long-term opportunity

CLEAN ROOM EXPERIENCE IS NOT ESSENTIAL – FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.

LOCATION:

Midhurst, West Sussex.

Due to the location and limited public transport, candidates should ideally live locally or have reliable transport.
