Main duties of the job
Join the Agincare Homes Holdings team as a Night Care Assistant in Rochester. This permanent role offers a salary of £12.76 per hour. No prior experience is necessary as fully funded training and excellent development opportunities are provided, allowing you to achieve qualifications up to QCF Level 5. As a Care Assistant, you will be providing personal care and support, assisting with medication administration and promoting residents' independence and well-being. The role involves working as part of a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You'll need a minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK.

- Night Care Assistant to work 24 hours per week from 8pm to 8am to include working alternative weekends.
- Night Care Assistant to work 36 hours per week from 8pm to 8am to include working alternative weekends.
- Previous experience working within a care home is required for these roles
