Job summary

Registered Nurse - Outpatients

Location: Sevenoaks Medical Centre

Salary: £30,400 – £34,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday – Saturday between 07:30 and 20:30 (rota basis)

We're looking for a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at Sevenoaks Medical Centre. You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding clinical care, ensuring every patient receives a safe, professional, and personalised experience. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you'll assess, plan, and deliver high-quality care while supporting colleagues and contributing to continuous service improvement.

Main duties of the job

  • Assess, plan, and deliver high-quality, individualised patient care within the outpatient department.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold the highest standards of patient safety, privacy and confidentiality.
  • Support, mentor, and act as a role model for junior team members, promoting a positive learning environment.
  • Champion infection prevention, clinical governance, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver an exceptional patient and visitor experience.
