<p>As a Healthcare Assistant within our Community Nursing Service, you\'ll be part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes and community clinic settings across Dartford and North Kent.</p><p>At HCRG Care Group, we\'re committed to supporting our colleagues to thrive both professionally and personally.
