Main duties of the job
Are you already an experienced Senior Care Assistant or a Care Assistant looking to advance your career? Akari Care is seeking individuals who embody the qualities needed to be a part of our compassionate and inclusive community in our care homes. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will collaborate with care assistants to ensure the highest quality care for our residents. Responsibilities involve observing, reviewing, and finalising care planning needs, suggesting social activity ideas, and overseeing the training and supervision of junior and new staff in line with Akari's core values. We trust our care teams to create a homelike atmosphere tailored to our residents' needs and those of their visiting family members. Ideal candidates should be caring, possess good communication skills, adaptable, and respectful.
