Job Purpose We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in leading our care home team. Quality Care: Ensuring the delivery of exceptional care meeting the individual needs of each resident, promoting their well-being and dignity. Team Development: Supporting the recruitment, training and development of Colleagues. Including the mentoring of the nursing team, fostering a supportive and motivated work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration, with no restrictions.
  • A leadership qualification is desirable but not essential.

  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
