Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Youth Justice Team Manager to work in a team in Rochdale Council.
As Team Manager, you will play a key role in driving high-quality practice, supporting and developing practitioners, promoting evidence-based interventions, and ensuring children, young people, families, and victims receive the best possible service. You will be responsible for mentoring and supervising staff, contribute to service development, quality assurance, partnership working, and innovation across the Youth Justice agenda.
