IR35 Status: Outside IR35

Reviews: 10 assessments per week

Rate: £150 per completed review

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for experienced Adult Social Workers to join an External Review Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for Social Workers looking for a focused role completing reviews with a quick turnaround and the benefit of working outside IR35.

The role will involve completing approximately 10 reviews per week, working with adults with Autism and mental health needs. You will be responsible for carrying out person-centred assessments and reviews, identifying changing needs and ensuring appropriate care and support arrangements remain in place.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete approximately 10 reviews per week

• Carry out thorough and person-centred assessments and reviews

• Work with adults with Autism and mental health needs

• Review existing care and support arrangements

• Identify changing needs, risks and appropriate support

• Work collaboratively with individuals, families, carers and other professionals

• Complete reviews accurately and within agreed timescales

• Maintain clear and comprehensive case records

• Work in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and safeguarding procedures

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an experienced Adult Social Worker who has:

• A Social Work qualification and current Social Work England registration

• Experience working within Adult Social Care

• Experience completing assessments and reviews

• Experience working with adults with Autism and/or mental health needs

• Strong assessment, communication and report-writing skills

• The ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines

• A person-centred and strengths-based approach

• The ability to work independently and effectively as part of a wider team
