A popular SEN School in Barking is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant for a long term to permanent post in an Early Years class.

Early Years Teaching Assistant - Barking / The Successful Applicant will have;

• A background in Early Years, Schools or SEN support, Community or Care
• Be flexible, inclusive, able to work with a range of special needs
• Able to work 1-1 with students, building rapport and feeding back to teachers
• Good knowledge of Safeguarding in Schools
• A passion for working with the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Enthusiastic, motivated, with good communication skills and is a team player
• PECS/Makaton/Signalong/Team Teach or any SEN specific training is desirable but not essential
