Are you an experienced SEN Tutor looking for a rewarding 1:1 opportunity where you can truly make a difference?

Academics are looking for a passionate SEN Tutor to support a secondary-aged student in Medway on a 1:1 basis.

This is more than just tutoring!

We're looking for an outstanding SEN Tutor who can:
Plan and deliver an individualised curriculum
Adapt learning around the student's specific needs and abilities
Create engaging, accessible and purposeful lessons
Build confidence, motivation and positive relationships
Track progress and adapt planning accordingly
Provide consistent 1:1 support in a nurturing environment

The ideal SEN Tutor will have:
Previous experience working with SEN students
Experience teaching or tutoring at secondary level
Strong curriculum planning and lesson-planning skills
A flexible and creative approach to learning
The ability to build strong relationships with young people
A genuine passion for helping students achieve their potential
