What You'll Do
Review appeals relating to enforcement decisions made by social media platforms.
Assess content against platform policies and platform stated principles and
guidelines.
Determine appeal eligibility and support fair, consistent outcomes.
Escalate complex cases where required.
Collaborate with policy, quality, and operational teams to deliver high-quality
decisions.
Build expertise in content governance, online safety, and digital regulation.
What We're Looking For
Professional experience in contemt moderation.
Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
Interest in technology, digital policy, law, human rights, or online safety.
Understanding of social media platforms and online content moderation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to make balanced decisions.
Fluent English and proficiency in at least one additional language.
Ability to work professionally with sensitive or challenging content.

Important Information
Hybrid role based in Dublin with office attendance required 3 days per week.
5 days per week in-office during the first 8 weeks of onboarding.
