Job summary
You have an opportunity to join the Outpatient Reception and Administration team at Yeatman Hospital.We are a small friendly unit of dedicated staff working to support the local Community Hospital services and a wide range of clinics from Yeovil and Dorset County Hospital.
The post will require a positive, flexible and proactive approach to cover a busy reception together with associated administrative procedures and responsibilities as detailed in the attached Job Description.

Employment in this post requires a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of.
Main duties of the job
The main duties will be covering Main Reception desk, making and changing patient appointments, outcoming clinics, maintaining office supplies via e-procurement systems, dealing with patient enquiries in person and by telephone, processing clinic change notifications as directed by line manager.
Assisting the team by sharing skills and knowledge with colleagues to maintain best practice.
