Pay rate to £30.66 per hour

Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in an Autism Team in Blackpool Council.

Blackpool Council's Autism Team is seeking experienced and motivated Social Workers to join the team on an agency basis whilst permanent recruitment is undertaken.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy and supportive specialist team, delivering high-quality, person-centred support to autistic adults.
Key Responsibilities
Undertake Care Act 2014 assessments.
Complete statutory Care Act reviews.
Lead and undertake safeguarding enquiries in line with Section 42 of the Care Act.
Work collaboratively with individuals, families, providers and partner agencies.
Contribute to duty cover as part of a team rota.
Maintain accurate and timely case recording.
