**Primary PPA & Intervention Teacher**

Aspire People are recruiting Primary Teachers who are interested in **PPA teaching, intervention work and classroom cover** from September 2026.
This is a great opportunity for teachers who enjoy being in the classroom but want greater variety and flexibility than a traditional full-time class teacher position.
You could work across different year groups, deliver PPA lessons, support targeted interventions, and provide additional teaching cover where schools need you.
**The Role Could Include:**
* Delivering PPA lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
* Providing planned classroom cover
* Leading small-group interventions
* Supporting pupils with gaps in learning
* Delivering phonics, Reading, English or Maths interventions
* Working across different classes throughout the week
* Supporting schools during periods of staff absence
**This Role Could Suit:**

**We're Looking For:**
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Recent UK primary teaching experience
* Strong curriculum knowledge
* Confident classroom management
* Ability to adapt quickly to different classes
