About the Role:

• Position: Supply Teaching Assistant
  * Key Stages: EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4 & SEN
  * Location: Chesham
  * Contract Type: Flexible - day-to-day, short-term, or long-term
  * Start Date: Ongoing

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children in a school setting
  * Experience supporting pupils across KS1, KS2, KS3 and/or KS4
  * Strong behaviour management and classroom support skills
  * Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  * Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach
  * Experience supporting SEN pupils is desirable (but not essential)
  * Ability to travel to schools across Chesham and surrounding areas
