Description
- Process mortgage applications and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain and update internal systems with applicant and loan information.
- Communicate with clients and third parties to follow up on outstanding information.
- Prepare and send relevant correspondence to clients and stakeholders.
- Handle incoming queries related to mortgage applications and provide timely responses.
- Assist with compliance checks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Support the wider team with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Monitor and track the progress of applications, ensuring deadlines are met.
Profile
A successful Mortgage Administrator should have:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in administrative roles, ideally within financial services.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on accuracy.
- Familiarity with mortgage processes or financial services terminology is beneficial.
Job Offer
- Salary £25,000 Pro-Rata
- Fixed-term contract with clear responsibilities and structure, high likelihood of contract extension or turning to perm.
