Where youll be working: Grantham, Lincolnshire We are looking for Bank Support Workers for our Services in Grantham, This is a unique service within Grantham offering supporting living, enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and local community. We are looking for support workers to join our amazing team, and to continue delivering outstanding outcomes. As part of your day to day work you will be offering the following; Encouraging people to play active roles in the communities in which they live, to encourage independence. Supporting Activities of daily Living including social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals and budgeting. Communicating - effectively communicate using peoples chosen methods Engaging - promoting and motivating people we support to enhance their quality of life Specialising - supporting people who may need positive behavioural support approaches Recording - keeping accurate records &reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management Team player Working as part of a team, as well as being able to work using your own initiative.
Main duties of the job
As a Bank Support Worker at Enable, you will work in Grantham, Lincolnshire, focusing on delivering positive outcomes for young individuals with complex needs. The role involves supporting those with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health issues, and other complex needs to live as independently as possible. This includes daily assistance with social activities, personal care, and meal preparation.
