Main duties of the job
This casual, part-time role as a Night Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare provides the opportunity for flexible working. You will be responsible for assisting residents at a care home with daily living activities, offering support, companionship, and ensuring they receive the quality care they deserve. The role is varied, as you may assist with meals, follow care plans, or spend one-on-one time with residents.
