Job summary
Are you an ambitious and compassionate Dietitian looking for your next specialist role?
We are seeking an exceptional Band 6 Dietitian to join our friendly, high-performing Community Dietetic Team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a specialist caseload across community neurology, nutrition support and enteral feeding, working with patients across Doncaster community.
We're looking for a clinician with excellent professional standards, strong clinical reasoning skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient-centred care. You'll be motivated, forward-thinking and thrive in a supportive multidisciplinary environment, whilst confidently managing a complex caseload and contributing to service development, education and quality improvement.

Main duties of the job
To provide a comprehensive, high quality, evidence-based specialist dietetic service across community, care home and inpatient settings.
The post holder will act as lead clinician for a specialist community caseload and will provide expert assessment and management of patients requiring oral nutritional support and enteral feeding.
The post holder will independently manage a complex and varied caseload, undertaking highly specialised assessments, developing evidence-based treatment plans and contributing to improved patient outcomes.
The post holder will contribute to education, leadership, quality improvement, audit and service development activities and will act as a role model for professional practice in accordance with HCPC standards, BDA guidance and RDaSH Values.
