Job summary
This Admin Assistant post sits within the administration team and is based at Birtley. The post holder will also support the team promoting Confidentiality, Collaborative Working, Service Delivery, Learning and Development and carry out other duties as directed by the management team.
Main duties of the job
Interrogate and run regular searches of patient records to facilitate the planning of patient care
Carry out patient contact & recall administration tasks for patients with long term conditions,
Assist in seasonal campaigns such as flu or covid clinics including searches, invitations and data entry
General administrative support to the Admin Team
Maintain a clean, tidy, effective working area at all times
Support all staff with general tasks as requested (appropriate to role)
