Main duties of the job
As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll be looking after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents, helping us deliver the quality care they deserve. Youll be expected to create a safe and supportive environment for a range of resident needs and exercise professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions. Responsibilities include developing tailored care plans, providing medicine safely, and delivering excellence in everything you do. We value autonomy and respect in the nursing role. You'll need NMC registration and knowledge of current clinical practices. Experience in care plan development and risk assessments is vital, along with an understanding of regulatory frameworks.
