Description
- As a People Services Team Lead, you will Lead and support a team of HR professionals to deliver excellent service across the organisation.
- Ensure HR processes and policies are adhered to and updated as necessary.
- Oversee the management of employee records and data, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with other teams to address HR-related queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide guidance and training to team members to ensure continuous development and growth.
- Monitor and report on HR performance metrics and suggest improvements where needed.
- Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives within the business.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex HR queries and ensure timely resolution.
Profile
A successful People Services Team Lead should have:
- Demonstrable experience in Human Resources, ideally in the FMCG industry.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A relevant qualification in HR or related field is advantageous.
Job Offer
- Salary between £45,000 and £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Fixed-term contract with the opportunity to develop your HR expertise.
