As a People Services Team Lead, you will manage a small team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the Human Resources department in Wolverhampton. Your role will be key in supporting the organisation by overseeing HR processes and providing guidance to your team in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

Description

• As a People Services Team Lead, you will Lead and support a team of HR professionals to deliver excellent service across the organisation.
• Ensure HR processes and policies are adhered to and updated as necessary.
• Oversee the management of employee records and data, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with other teams to address HR-related queries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide guidance and training to team members to ensure continuous development and growth.
• Monitor and report on HR performance metrics and suggest improvements where needed.
• Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives within the business.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex HR queries and ensure timely resolution.

Profile

A successful People Services Team Lead should have:

• Demonstrable experience in Human Resources, ideally in the FMCG industry.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A relevant qualification in HR or related field is advantageous.

Job Offer

• Salary between £45,000 and £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Fixed-term contract with the opportunity to develop your HR expertise.
• Work in a busy environment within the FMCG industry.
