Endpoint management Specialist

Contract - Inside IR35

Location: Berkshire, Hampshire, Glasgow

Duration: 6 months

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Management SME to support and optimise modern endpoint management services across a large enterprise environment.

You'll be responsible for managing and securing end-user devices using technologies including Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, Microsoft Entra ID, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). Working closely with Infrastructure and Security teams, you'll help deliver a secure, compliant, and high-performing digital workplace experience.

• Manage endpoint devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and AVD environments.
• Configure device enrolment, compliance policies, conditional access, and security controls.
• Deploy and manage applications through Microsoft Intune.
• Support Intune and SCCM co-management capabilities.
• Manage patching and update compliance using Windows Update for Business.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Service Management teams to ensure governance and compliance requirements are met.

• Strong enterprise experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Endpoint management expertise across Windows 10/11, iOS, Android, and macOS.
• Experience with device enrolment, compliance policies, and conditional access.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and identity-based access controls.
• Understanding of endpoint security and ITIL-based service management.

• SCCM and Windows co-management experience.
• PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Application packaging and Win32 deployments.
• Experience with PKI and certificate-based authentication.
• Intune integrations with platforms such as ServiceNow or Azure Monitor.
• Experience mentoring and developing team capability.
