Project Support Officer – SEND

We are recruiting for a Project Support Officer to support the SEND service with the delivery of statutory duties under the Children & Families Act 2014.

The role will support the development of high-quality, timely Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), including information gathering, communication, monitoring and auditing.

• Location: 2 Alice Square, Birkenhead.
• Rate: £19.48 per hour umbrella
• Contract: 3 months+
• Start: ASAP

• Support the coordination and development of EHCPs.
• Collate information from education, health and social care professionals.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor progress against deadlines.
• Liaise with families, professionals and partner agencies.
• Support auditing, reporting and statutory compliance.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

We are looking for someone with experience in SEND/EHCP administration, education, children's services, project support or local authority business support.

Strong organisation, communication and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to manage deadlines and work with multiple stakeholders.
