Transactional AP Contract (3 months)

Description

• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accounts are up to date.
• Handle payment runs and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with resolving supplier queries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
• Support month-end processes and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to address any discrepancies.
• Contribute to improving processes within the purchase ledger function.

Profile

A successful Purchase Ledger should have:

• Previous experience in a similar purchase ledger or accounts payable role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills for dealing with suppliers and colleagues.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
