As a Support Worker in Bourne Linconshire, you can assist individuals in building confidence and independence. From everyday support to joining someone on a holiday adventure, each activity is tailored to individual interests. We offer £12.90 per hour, a refer a friend bonus, full training, career development opportunities, and a supportive team environment. We seek a calm, patient approach, a Full UK driving licence, and a willingness to learn and build trust. Support individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and thrive in their community.
