HR Administrator / People Administrator

HR Administrator / Human Resources Administrator / People Administrator / Assistant / Data / Systems (such as Workday or similar) / System / HR Data / Operations

6-month contract | Remote / Warwick (2 days onsite) | £200–£300 per day Inside IR35

Candidates must live within 1 hour of Warwick.

One of our leading clients is looking for an experienced HR / People Administrator to join their People Operations team.

You’ll support core People processes including joiners, leavers, absence, immigration, benefits and reward, while ensuring accurate HR data and providing a great service to colleagues.

Key experience:

• HR / People Administration
• Strong HR data entry & systems experience
• Workday or similar HR systems
• Confident handling colleague queries
• Strong attention to detail and organisation

Previous titles may include HR Administrator, HR Assistant, People Administrator, HR Systems Administrator, HR Data Administrator or People Operations Administrator.
