Receptionist - 6 month FTC

Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation based within the St Albans area, this company operate within professional services and have an opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join them on a 6 month FTC. The suitable candidate will have previous experience within a Front of House/Reception, be local to the St Albans area, and be available to start from the beginning of September.

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary - £27,000 - £28,500
6 month FTC starting in September

Please see below for an overview of the position:

• Acting as the face of the company, warming welcoming visitors into the office and assisting them as required
• Taking telephone calls and directing them as necessary
• Monitoring emails, ensuring emails are dealt with efficiently
• Booking couriers and taxis as required
• Handling incoming mail and taking responsibility of outgoing mail for collection
• Managing meeting room bookings
• Working alongside the facilities team to ensure meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy
• Ensuring refreshments are ordered and set out for training sessions and meetings
• Ensuring the reception and waiting areas are kept neat and tidy
• Helping out across the internal teams as required

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience of working within a reception area
• Strong communication skills on all levels
• High level of attention to detail
• Professional manner and presentation
• Experience of providing a high level of client care
• Must be local to St Albans
• Must be available for September start
