The Role
Administration Officer will support the Programme Manager across a broad range of operational, financial and administrative activities. This is a varied role suited to an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working across multiple priorities and supporting a busy team.

Main Duties
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the organisation
  • Support the Programme Manager with operational activities and project coordination
  • Maintain financial records, accounts and spreadsheets
  • Assist with fund administration and reporting requirements
  • Coordinate internal and external communications
  • Organise meetings, diaries and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Support project monitoring and administration
  • Assist with fundraising and grant administration activities
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Provide general administrative support across the organisation
The Successful Candidate
  • Previous experience within an administrative, office support or coordinator role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience maintaining spreadsheets and supporting financial administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Able to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working independently
  • An interest in environmental, charitable or community-focused organisations would be advantageous
