KPI Education is looking for a commercially driven National Education Business Development Manager to spearhead our next phase of national growth.
This is not a 360 recruitment role.
Your job is simple:
WIN BUSINESS.You'll identify, approach and develop relationships with schools, Multi-Academy Trusts, SEN organisations and education groups across the UK.
You win the vacancy. Our consultants deliver it.
From a £25,000 support appointment through to a £150,000+ CEO search, you'll sell recruitment solutions across the entire education staffing structure.

You'll be responsible for creating opportunities across the UK by:
- Targeting new schools and MATs
- Building relationships with CEOs, Headteachers, COOs, CFOs and HR Directors
- Generating vacancies for KPI's specialist consultants
- Securing PSL and preferred-supplier agreements
- Winning Trust-wide recruitment partnerships
- Arranging and attending face-to-face meetings
- Visiting schools and Trust headquarters nationally
- Presenting KPI Education's recruitment solutions
- Negotiating commercial terms
- Re-engaging
