Senior BD Manager (12 month FTC) - Global Law Firm

We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead and execute business development strategy, driving sustained revenue growth and strengthening market position for the Consumer division of a global law firm. This is a senior, strategic role offered on a 12 month basis (maternity cover).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the end-to-end business development strategy.
• Advise partners on growth priorities, client development, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Lead high-value pitches and proposals, shaping compelling client-focused value propositions.
• Identify cross-selling and cross-border opportunities to expand revenue.
• Translate market and competitor intelligence into actionable growth strategies.
• Provide strategic oversight of marketing activities
• Track KPIs and report on ROI and performance impact.

• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on delivery capability.
