As a Chef De Partie, your role is to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading a culinary team, providing a nutritionally balanced and high-quality culinary service that contributes to the wellbeing of residents. Responsibilities include preparing nutritional food and beverages to a high standard and supporting a cost-effective stock control system. The ideal candidate must hold a catering qualification such as City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or NVQ, a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, and have at least 1-year of catering experience. Demonstrating compassion and commitment is crucial to delivering high-quality culinary services. Flexibility and adaptability to cover a range of responsibilities are essential.

  • Working with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop and review the menu on a regular basis.
