Main duties of the job

As a Home Care Assistant with Agincare UK, you have the opportunity to make a genuine impact in someones life by offering care and companionship. Working in Dobson House, the role involves supporting individuals with daily routines, personal care, and providing companionship and conversation. No prior experience in care is necessary as full training and qualifications up to QCF level 5 are provided for career development. Agincare offers flexible contracts, a refer-a-friend scheme, and a starting wage of £12.75 per hour with paid mileage. Applicants need a caring nature, strong interpersonal skills, and a full UK driving license, with flexibility to work alternating weekends. While previous experience is not required, a minimum of 12 months remaining on the right to work in the UK is necessary as sponsorship is not offered.
