Main duties of the job

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include delivering high quality clinical care to the patients registered and attending the GP surgery. You will work closely with the clinical leads and local practice team to support the delivery of the surgeries operational plan. Striving to maintain quality within the practice ensuring participation in clinical governance activity, you will contribute to the improvement in quality health outcomes. Clinical care will be provided as described in the job plan and in line with the total triage model. This involves consultation sessions, telephone triage, medication reviews, and other clinical administration. You must adhere to the highest personal and professional standards as set out by the GMC. Working with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead, you will support the development, delivery, and review of the surgery action plan, including list growth and patient satisfaction levels.
