Main duties of the job
This is a part-time, casual role as a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home. You will aid residents in daily activities, offering companionship and ensuring they receive the quality care they deserve. The role is flexible, allowing you to work as needed, such as covering annual leave or sick leave. Your tasks will vary daily, from assisting with food and drink to ensuring residents have personalized one-on-one time. To be successful, you need some experience with caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate nature.
