Marketing Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and driven Marketing Manager to join a leading international exhibitions and events organisation. This is a key role where you'll take ownership of marketing strategy and campaign delivery across multiple high-profile B2B events.
Working within a collaborative and fast-paced marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns to drive visitor attendance, promote event features, and support commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for multiple exhibitions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Own and manage marketing budgets for each event, ensuring cost-effective and ROI-focused spend
- Lead campaign production including content planning, creative briefing, copywriting, delivery, and post-campaign analysis
- Collaborate with external agencies including PR, creative, CRM, and registration partners – ensuring quality, consistency, and performance
- Create compelling value propositions and targeted messaging tailored to each audience segment
- Advise internal stakeholders on audience targeting, campaign strategy and best practice
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance across all channels – digital, email, social, print, partnerships, and more
- Produce regular reports on marketing KPIs, campaign attribution, and customer insights
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging accuracy across all communications
- Support the organisation’s sustainability objectives and contribute to the wider team’s operational effectiveness
- Proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally within events, exhibitions, media, or publishing
- Strong project management skills – able to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with great attention to detail
- Confident with data and analytics – using insights to optimise campaigns and demonstrate ROI
- Experience managing external suppliers and internal stakeholders
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for driving results
- Budget management experience
